How it works

Limits and privacy
Images are limited to 20 MB, 50,000,000 pixels, and 16,384 pixels per side. A split can create at most 100 tiles, and ZIP creation is disabled when generated tiles exceed 120 MB. Social preview ratios only simulate centered cover crops and never change the generated pixels or guarantee a platform layout.

What happens when the image size does not divide evenly?
The leading rows or columns receive one extra pixel until the remainder is used. Every source pixel appears in exactly one generated tile.
Can I control the tile download order?
Yes. Visual order starts at the source image's top left. Reverse visual order starts at the bottom right and changes sequence numbers and ZIP order without changing tile coordinates.
Does the social preview change the generated images?
No. It only simulates centered 1:1, 4:5, or 3:4 cover frames. It does not change generated pixels, file order, or ZIP contents, and it cannot guarantee any platform layout.
Are image metadata and transparency preserved?
The canvas exports newly encoded files without the source metadata. PNG and WebP can preserve transparency; JPEG places transparent pixels on a white background.
